This is perhaps the most popular and highly efficient body shaping workout at the moment. It was designed by Hubertus Pilates a century ago. It is aimed at the interconnected, purposive harmony of body and mind. Pilates develops coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and breathing. It affects spinal, abdominal, buttock and deep muscles and thus helps to build the principles of good body posture.

Pilates is suitable for all age groups regardless of physical fitness.


This exercise is performed without shoes.

Your participation in every group exercise class has to be booked beforehand at the Sportcentrum reception. Sportcentrum Imperial club members can book their classes on-line. Non-members can only use our on-line service to check current vacancies.
